TeacherActive is working with a well-established private day nursery in Macclesfield, providing a welcoming and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with dedicated learning spaces and extensive outdoor play opportunities. The nursery is looking to take on a qualified Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week from November 2026.

The successful candidate will have a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare, at least

Qualificações

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience working within a UK nursery.
• Knowledge of the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
• Driver is preferred but not essential; all suitable candidates are encouraged to apply.

Salary: £12.17 - £16.25 per hour

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a well-established private day nursery in Macclesfield, providing a welcoming and stimulating environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, with dedicated learning spaces and extensive outdoor play opportunities. The nursery is focused on providing a nurturing environment where children can build their confidence, curiosity and independence.

The nursery is looking to take on a qualified Nursery Practitioner on a permanent, full-time basis, working 40 hours per week from November 2026. The successful Nursery Practitioner will support children throughout their daily learning, play and care routines, with the setting particularly looking for someone consistent, proactive and able to work positively alongside the existing team.

The successful Nursery Practitioner will have:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare
• A minimum of 3 months’ experience working within a UK nursery
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage / EYFS
• A reliable, consistent and proactive approach to childcare
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Being a driver is preferred due to the location of the nursery, but this is not essential and all suitable candidates are encouraged to apply
