Job Title: Nursery Practitioner

West Drayton Day Nursery, part of Grandir UK, is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with Level 3 or above in Early Years to join our team. You will care for, support, share stories, and have fun to meet the needs of our children.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of quality in environment, resources, and experiences
• Take key carer responsibilities for designated children
• Provide rich and stimulating experiences suitable for each child's development
• Support children's activities
• Manage the environment effectively in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure practice aligns with the Early Years Foundation Stage
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to ensure high-quality childcare
