Join a nurturing and supportive team at a bilingual nursery in East Dulwich, where creativity and child-led learning are at the heart of our approach. We prioritize staff well-being and offer flexible shifts with opportunities for training and development. This role is perfect for those passionate about early childhood education and looking to make a positive impact in children's lives. Enjoy a calm and fun environment while fostering strong relationships with children and families. If you're kind, caring, and ready to inspire young minds, we invite you to apply!
We are looking for a kind, caring practitioner to join our team here at Casa Tierra Bilingual Nursery.
We look after pre-school children ranging from 10 months to 4 years old in a beautiful large house in leafy East Dulwich. We are open 8-6 Mon-Fri but offer flexible shifts within this. We are a bilingual Spanish setting with approximately half the staff being Spanish speakers, and diversity is a core value; we have several male staff members, which is unusual in early years. We are heavily influenced by The Curiosity Approach, and all staff are provided with specific training on this.
We are a home-from-home setting, taking a maximum of 24 children a day. Our Casa has a calm, fun, and playful family feel, very different from super-hectic nurseries. It is on a quiet street and surrounded by green spaces. Staff are encouraged to develop creative activities with our child-led curriculum, and unnecessary paperwork is kept to a minimum as staff well-being is a priority. We offer lots of training and apprenticeship options for staff wishing to study further. We have a long waiting list and excellent relationships with families and staff.
