We lay the vital foundations for a child's educational journey, supporting early years development and fostering a love of learning through a tailored academic curriculum. This prepares children for a smooth transition into pre-prep education and beyond.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 6 months to 4 years.
• Plan and implement EYFS-appropriate, stimulating, and engaging activities.
• Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.
• Contribute to delivering a broad, rich, and academically excellent curriculum for children aged 6 months to 4 years, preparing them for transition to an academic prep school.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent relevant qualification).
• Previous experience in a nursery or childcare setting.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation, including safeguarding.

Schedule
