Job summary

Unique School Solutions are recruiting passionate and caring Early Years Practitioners to work within welcoming nursery and early years settings across Rotherham.

We require Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in Early Years/Childcare, strong communication and teamwork, and a positive, proactive attitude. DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) is also expected. Previous EYFS experience is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare.
• Experience in nursery/ EYFS desirable but not essential.
• DBS Update Service (or willingness to apply) required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting children aged 0–5 within nursery and EYFS settings.
• Creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment.
• Delivering fun and creative activities in line with the EYFS framework.
• Encouraging children’s social, emotional and educational development.
• Building positive relationships with staff, parents, and children.
• Supporting daily routines including play, mealtimes, and personal care.
