  • Promoting positive behaviour, inclusion and independence.
  • Following safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies at all times.
What we're looking for
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification recognised by the Department for Education (DfE) as full and relevant for early years practice and EYFS staffing ratios.
  • Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • A caring, patient and positive approach to working with children.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with children, colleagues and parents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A flexible, reliable and professional approach to work.
  • Availability to work full-time, with a commitment to long-term placements where required.

  • Competitive rates of pay.
  • Opportunities to gain experience across a variety of nursery and early years settings.
  • A dedicated consultant providing ongoing support and career guidance.
  • A friendly and supportive team committed to finding the right placements for you.
  • The opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young children every day.
