Job summary

Kirsty's Little Treasures Nursery in Bromsgrove is seeking a Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a caring, enthusiastic team focused on early years education.

You will provide high-quality care, support children's learning through play, follow the EYFS framework, and help develop confidence, independence and social skills while safeguarding and promoting wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with EYFS beneficial.
• Passionate about children's learning and development.

Kirsty's Little Treasures Nursery is looking for a caring, enthusiastic and dedicated Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about working with young children and wants to play an important role in supporting their learning, development and wellbeing.

About the Role

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will provide high-quality care and education for children while helping to create a safe, welcoming and stimulating nursery environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality care and support to children

• Supporting children's learning and development through play and planned activities

• Following the EYFS framework

• Helping children develop their confidence, independence and social skills

• Creating a safe, positive and stimulating environment

• Building strong and positive relationships with children and their families

• Supporting children's individual needs and developmental progress

• Working effectively as part of the nursery team

• Maintaining high standards of safeguarding, care and professionalism

• Contributing to the smooth running of the nursery on a daily basis

About You

We are looking for a Level 3 qualified childcare professional who is passionate about early years and committed to providing excellent care.

You will ideally be:

• Level 3 qualified in Childcare or Early Years

• Caring, patient and enthusiastic

• Passionate about children's learning and development

• Reliable and committed

• A positive and supportive team player

• Confident communicating with colleagues and families

• Able to work effectively in a busy nursery environment

• Dedicated to providing a high standard of care and education

Previous nursery experience would be advantageous, although we are happy to consider the right Level 3 candidate with a genuine passion for working with children.
