Job summary

Staff Match Limited is recruiting a level 3 Nursery Nurse for a well-established nursery in Hammersmith, Greater London. You will support children's learning, ensure a safe environment and work with EYFS planning.

Applicants should hold a level 3 childcare qualification, have experience with under-5s, and be prepared to commit to a 40-hour week. DBS checks will apply; training and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children under 5 years of age.
• Paediatric First Aid (Desirable).
• Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (Desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning in a safe, secure environment.
• Build positive relationships with parents.
• Plan age-appropriate activities with EYFS curriculum.
• Key worker responsibilities, keeping development records and observations.
• Preparation, care, cleanliness and maintenance of the playrooms and equipment.
• Accurately completing nursery documentation including accidents and medication records.
• Support children at meal times and with personal care.
• Participate in staff meetings, parent evenings, and children's outings.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
