Job summary

TipTopJob in London’s NW6 area is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to join a warm, home-from-home early years setting. You will provide high quality care and support learning, development and play across the early years.

You will plan daily routines, observe children, build strong relationships with families, and support children with SEND. A Level 3 Early Years qualification and experience with 0–5 are required, plus a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Childcare/Early Years qualification required.
• Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner.
• Experience with children aged 0–5, including one-to-one and small group work.
• Understanding of child development, learning and behaviour.
• Experience supporting children with SEND.
• Experience communicating with parents and families.
• GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or above, or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for helping young children learn, grow and thrive.
• Positive, reliable and collaborative teamwork approach.
