Willing Care Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager (Level 3+) to lead a beautifully refurbished setting in the United Kingdom. You will oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of care and education while guiding a dedicated team of staff.

The role emphasizes EYFS compliance, safeguarding, occupancy and budgeting, with a bonus scheme and a supportive environment for children, families and staff. Experience leading early years teams is essential.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Previous experience as Nursery Manager with a strong track record.
• Knowledge of the EYFS, Ofsted requirements and safeguarding.
• Proven experience leading, motivating and developing nursery teams.
• Confidence managing nursery operations, staffing, occupancy and budgets.
• Experience maintaining high standards of care, education and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
• A passion for child-led learning, outdoor exploration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care and education.
• Lead, motivate and develop the nursery team, creating a positive working environment.
• Ensure the curriculum and learning experiences are delivered in line with the EYFS.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, occupancy, budgets and nursery performance.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety and Ofsted compliance.
• Build strong relationships with parents, carers and the wider nursery community.
• Support staff development through mentoring, training and performance management.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain an excellent standard of Early Years provision.
