Qualifications

• Experience leading an early years team in a nursery.

• Enhanced DBS clearance or clear DBS status.

Responsibilities

• Support the Nursery Manager with day-to-day leadership.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the nursery team.
• Monitor the quality of care and education, driving continuous improvement.
• Coach and mentor staff.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and professionals.
• Ensure safe, stimulating learning environments and follow nursery policies.
• Take responsibility for the nursery in the Manager's absence.
