JEM Childcare Solutions in Leicester is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a busy nursery in North Leicester, near Syston. The role offers a 40-hour week with a salary around £40k, along with strong benefits in a growing provider.

Ideal candidate will have Level 3+ EYFS/Childcare, 4+ years in early years with 2+ in management, and proven Ofsted experience. A proactive leader who can raise standards and support staff.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years/Childcare qualification.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
