Qualifications

• Experience in a managerial or leadership role within an early years or nursery setting.
• Recognised Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
• GCSE or functional maths qualification (or willingness to obtain on employment).
• Strong understanding of early years education, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in curriculum planning and delivering high-quality educational outcomes.
• Proven success in team leadership and achieving performance targets.
• Strategic mindset focused on occupancy growth and staff retention.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
