Immerse Recruitment Limited partners with a leading UK Early Years education provider to recruit a dedicated Nursery Manager. This is ideal for an existing Nursery Manager or an experienced Deputy Manager stepping into management.

Qualifications

• Experience as Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager ready to progress.
• Level 3 EY qualification (or above) in Early Years Education.
• GCSE/Functional Skills in Maths or willingness to achieve.
• Strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership to motivate and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Champion the delivery of an innovative curriculum for every child.
• Inspire, coach and develop your team to deliver childcare excellence.
• Lead day-to-day nursery operations with central support for invoicing, compliance and health & safety.
• Drive occupancy growth while maintaining staff engagement and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and Quality teams to continuously improve standards.
