Flow Recruitment Ltd is helping a childcare nursery recruit a Nursery Manager. The role focuses on creating a safe, welcoming and stimulating learning environment, delivering outstanding care and education in partnership with colleagues, parents and children.

You will lead the team, manage day-to-day operations, meet nursery objectives with a commercial and people focus, and drive continuous professional development while ensuring EYFS and Ofsted frameworks are applied to achieve high standards.

Formación

• Minimum Level 3 Qualification in Early Years.
• Minimum two years’ early years’ experience.
• Early years management experience preferable.
• ICT qualification or very good knowledge of Microsoft applications.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS and Ofsted Early Education inspection Framework.

• Create a safe, welcoming and stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning.
• Manage day-to-day nursery operations delivering outstanding care and education with colleagues, parents and children.
• Meet nursery objectives and targets with a commercial and people focus to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Lead the nursery team with a positive approach, addressing conflicts and supporting development and performance monitoring.
• Embrace diversity and maintain minimum operating standards.
• Inspire and challenge colleagues to deliver the best childcare and education.
