Job summary

Storal is hiring a Nursery Manager for Acorns Nursery in Tean, Stoke-on-Trent. The role leads a large team to deliver high standards of childcare and early years education, with a clear focus on safeguarding, staff development, and quality environments.

You will manage day-to-day operations, drive continuous improvement, and work with the Operations Manager and Deputy Manager to implement the Storal curriculum in our vibrant settings.

Qualifications

• A full and relevant Early Years Education qualification Level 3 or above or equivalent
• GCSE maths or equivalent
• Experience in a managerial role including nursery administration or similar
• Strong knowledge of EYFS framework

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursery team to deliver high standards of childcare and early years education
• Ensure the setting has the right team, culture, policies and resources
• Provide staff training and support and foster an inclusive environment
