Storal is seeking a Nursery Manager for a busy Acorns Nursery in Stoke-on-Trent. You will lead the team, shape early years education, and drive safeguarding, learning outcomes and wellbeing for children and families.
The role offers a competitive salary up to £40,000, a strong benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth within the Storal network. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor staff, and uphold the Storal curriculum and safeguarding standards.
Hours: Full time 40 hours Monday- Friday
Salary: up to £40,000 per annum (depending on experience and qualifications)

Can you lead a team to shape the future of early years education at ACORNS NURSERY?
We are recruiting for a second supernumerary Nursery manager to join the Large team at Acorns.
With a wealth of early years experience and a clear vision for raising standards and providing the best possible start for every child.
Our vibrant outdoor areas are designed to spark imagination and excitement—where children can embark on pirate adventures, dive into imaginative role-play in the farm shop, or run free in our spacious paddock.
You'll have a supportive team to help you succeed, including an Operations Manager, Deputy Manager, Office Manager, Early Years Educators and an education coach to help with the delivery of the Storal curriculum.
Day‑to‑day as a Nursery Manager you will be an intrinsic part of the Nurseries success ensuring the setting has the right team, culture, policies and resources to deliver the highest possible standards of childcare and early years education.
You'll offer solutions where you identify areas for improvements whether that relates to learning and teaching techniques or to creating more stimulating experiences and environments for the children and their educators. You will embrace inclusivity to ensure the individual needs of all those within your care are achieved.
