About Early Years Ltd. in West Leeds is seeking a Nursery Manager to join our well-established family-run nursery.

You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running, lead the team, maintain high standards of care, and support strong relationships with children and families.

The role is 40 hours per week, with shifts between 7:30am and 6pm; salary is up to £40,000 depending on experience. Previous management experience would be ideal.

Qualifications

• Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
• Experience in an early years setting.
• Understands safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Experience leading a nursery team.
• Warm, organised and passionate about childcare.
• Previous management experience or deputy ready to step up.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day running of the nursery.
• Lead and support nursery team.
• Maintain high standards of care.
• Foster strong relationships with children and families.
• Ensure safeguarding and Ofsted compliance.
• Role involves 40-hour week with shifts 7:30am–6pm.
