Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Nursery Manager for a welcoming, family-run nursery in the United Kingdom. You will lead the day-to-day operations, support your team to develop and ensure every child receives consistently high-quality Early Years experiences.

You will have a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above, previous Nursery Manager experience, and a strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted.

Qualifications

• Essential Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Proven Nursery Manager experience.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted.
• Experience leading and developing an Early Years team.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day running of the setting.
• Support and develop nursery team.
• Maintain high standards of care and education in line with EYFS.
• Oversee safeguarding, staffing and operational standards.
• Build strong relationships with families.
• Drive continuous improvement across the nursery.
• Ensure children’s needs and interests remain central.
