Job summary

Futures in West Leeds is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a lovely, well-established family-run nursery. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running, lead the team, maintain high standards of care and strengthen relationships with children and families.

The role is 40 hours per week, shifts from 7:30am to 6pm, with a salary up to £40,000 depending on experience. Previous management experience is ideal, but an experienced Deputy ready to step up will be considered.

Qualifications

• Holds a Level 3 childcare qualification or above.
• Experience within an early years setting.
• Understands safeguarding, EYFS and Ofsted requirements.
• Can lead, support and motivate a nursery team.
• Warm, organised and genuinely passionate about childcare.

We're recruiting for a Nursery Manager to join a lovely, well-established family-run nursery in West Leeds.

The current manager is leaving after more than 10 years, so this is a rare opportunity to join a settled setting with a real family feel.

You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursery, leading the team, maintaining high standards of care and supporting strong relationships with children and families.

We're looking for someone who:
