Qualifications
- Experience leading an Early Years team in a nursery setting.
- Strong safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted familiarity.
- Recent Ofsted inspection experience.
- Proven track record driving quality improvement.

- Leading, developing and retaining your team
- Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and quality
- Driving continuous improvement and strong Early Years practice
- Preparing the team for Ofsted and developing their confidence
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers
- Supporting recruitment and developing future leaders
- Driving occupancy and commercial performance
- Managing staffing and costs effectively
- Working closely with your Regional Director and wider support teams
