Job summary

A thriving nursery organization in Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a dynamic team. This role involves motivating staff, engaging with parents, and managing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with parents and confidently manage expectations.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure the nursery operates at the highest level.
  • Work alongside an Office-based Deputy Manager for operational support.
