Job summary

N Family Club in London’s Imperial Wharf (SW6) seeks a Nursery Manager to lead a passionate Educator team, ensuring exceptional early years experiences and excellent customer service. You’ll manage daily operations, compliance, and team culture to support the company’s growth and Worldly Important Goals.

You will drive the nursery’s performance, recruit and develop staff, champion safeguarding, and build strong parent partnerships, all while delivering outstanding educational outcomes.

Qualifications

• Two years of Nursery Manager experience (required).
• Experience in large or multi-site nurseries (desirable).
• Experience in recruiting and developing new team members.
• Knowledge of local authority and regulatory requirements and inspection processes across the UK.
• Experience managing budgets, capacity, deployment, performance, and reporting metrics.
• Background in delivering consistent and exceptional customer service.
• Full Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 6 desirable).
• Paediatric First Aid / First Aid at Work trainings included.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for the team.
• Lead the team to deliver outstanding education per the N Pedagogy and Curriculum.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a brilliant team.
• Champion safeguarding and wellbeing, acting as Designated Safeguarding Lead when needed.
• Own nursery performance, delivering commercial success while maintaining quality.
• Oversee health and safety, risk assessments, and EYFS compliance.
• Engage with local community and partners, representing N Family Club.
• Drive continuous improvement and maintain outstanding practice.
• Bring positivity, flexibility, and passion to support WIGs.
