Job summary
Bright Horizons Chineham Park Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will drive engagement, oversee safeguarding, and partner with support offices to recruit, nurture and develop high-performing colleagues while pursuing growth opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance.
You will be designated safeguarding lead and help shape commercial plans to improve nursery performance, revenue and cost
Qualifications
- Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
- Experience leading an Early Years team or nursery setting.
- Experience navigating regulatory inspections and achieving good/outstanding outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of safeguarding and child protection requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education for all children in the setting.
- Act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage safeguarding policies and day-to-day operations.
- Collaborate with support office teams to recruit, nurture and develop staff and implement commercial plans to grow the business.
