Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead the team and deliver outstanding education for all children, while upholding safeguarding policies and regulatory requirements.

You will partner with support offices to recruit, nurture and develop high-performing colleagues, deliver commercial plans, optimise nursery performance and ensure safe, compliant operation within staffing ratios.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification requirement.
• Experience leading an Early Years setting (Nursery Manager/Deputy/Assistant).
• Experience with Ofsted inspections and achieving Good or Outstanding outcomes.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and ability to implement safeguarding policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education for children.
• Hold the role of Designated Safeguarding Lead and manage day-to-day operations.
