Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager, or similar).
• Experience with regulatory inspections leading to a ‘Good’ or ‘Outstanding’ outcome.
• Strong knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection legislation.
