Job summary

Bright Horizons Reigate Holmesdale Road Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team in delivering outstanding care and education for children in Reigate. You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead and ensure safeguarding policies are followed to keep children safe and supported.

Qualifications

Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Nursery Manager or equivalent).
Experience supporting regulatory inspections resulting in Good or Outstanding.
Experience developing high-performance teams and ensuring quality pedagogy.
