Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Previous management or strong leadership experience within a nursery or EY environment.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and Ofsted regulations.
• Experience managing and developing teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team, creating a positive culture where everyone feels valued.
• Deliver outstanding childcare in line with the EYFS framework.
• Drive nursery performance by owning occupancy, budgets and staffing while maintaining high care standards.
• Build lasting relationships with parents, families and the wider community.

• Create a thriving nursery by introducing fresh ideas and developing the overall experience.
