Job summary

TeacherActive Ltd is partnering with a Forest School nursery in Melton Mowbray (LE13) to appoint an experienced Nursery Manager. You will lead a dedicated team, oversee day-to-day operations and champion outdoor learning in a unique Forest School setting.

We are seeking a candidate with Level 3 Childcare or Early Years, nursery leadership experience, and a passion for child development. The role offers a 4 or 5-day week and a competitive salary depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (minimum).
• Nursery management or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Confident with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding procedures.
• Genuine passion for outdoor learning and child development.
• Organised, approachable and a natural team leader.
• Fresh ideas, positivity and enthusiasm for the nursery.
• Forest School experience or training (desirable).

Forest School nursery in Melton Mowbray (LE13) that is looking for a passionate and experienced

Nursery Manager to lead their team.

This is a wonderful opportunity for someone who believes that children learn best through

exploration, imagination and hands-on experiences. The nursery offers a unique outdoor learning environment where children are encouraged to develop their independence, confidence and curiosity.

What will you be doing?
