Job summary

• Holds a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years (minimum).
• Has previous nursery management or leadership experience.
• Has a strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Is confident with Ofsted requirements and safeguarding procedures.
• Has a genuine passion for outdoor learning and child development.
• Is organised, approachable and a natural team leader.
• Can bring fresh ideas, positivity and enthusiasm to the nursery.
• Has Forest School experience or training (desirable).

TeacherActive is working with a lovely Forest School nursery in Melton Mowbray (LE13) that is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their team.

What will you be doing?
