Job summary

Refresh Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a small, welcoming Early Years setting in Reigate. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running, staff supervision, and maintaining a high standard of care for children.

Qualifications

• Must have either Nursery Manager experience or at least 3 years as an Early Years Deputy Manager.
• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
• Strong knowledge of Ofsted, EYFS, safeguarding and day-to-day nursery management.

Nursery Manager

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Location: Reigate

Job Type: Full-time / Permanent / 4 days per week

Salary: £39,000 - £43,000 per annum

We’re looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead a small, welcoming Early Years setting where relationships, children and people genuinely matter.

Who We’re Looking For

• We’re looking for an experienced and confident leader who cares deeply about children, their team and creating an outstanding nursery environment.
• You must have either:
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or
  • At least 3 years’ experience as an Early Years Deputy Manager
• You will also need:
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS and best practice
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding
  • Confidence managing the day-to-day running of a nursery
  • A supportive, positive approach to team leadership
