Our client, a warm and welcoming early years setting, is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to lead their team in providing exceptional care and learning for young children. • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of nursery operations, from staffing to safeguarding
• Ensure the highest standards of early years education and care across the setting
• Support, inspire, and develop the nursery team through ongoing coaching and training
