Nursery Manager Position - Twickenham

Are you an experienced Nursery Manager with the ability to travel to Twickenham? Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to support a large setting with over 90 places. The role involves growing occupancy, developing the team, managing budgets and financials, and preparing the nursery for an Ofsted Inspection.

The position is a 5-day week, 38 hours, offering a competitive salary and numerous benefits.

Requirements

• Ideally, you will have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 3 years of experience working in a Day Nursery
• At least 2 years of experience leading and supporting teams
• Ability to inspire, energise, and support others
• Genuine passion for working with children and supporting their learning
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• Strong understanding of Ofsted standards and requirements
