Job description

We are working with a nursery in Thatcham, Berkshire who are looking for a Nursery Manager to join them. This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week with a salary starting from £35000 per annum.

The nursery is looking for a level 3 or above childcare qualified nursery manager with a passion for early years care and education. The nursery is looking for a manager who is enthusiastic about Early Years and has great childcare knowledge and EYFS knowledge.

The nursery is looking for a Nursery Manager who can lead practice in the outdoor environment as well as provide a warm welcoming environment for the children and their families.

For this role you need:

1. Minimum of level 3 childcare qualification
2. More than 5 years post qualifying experience
3. Management experience in an Early Years setting
4. Great EYFS knowledge
5. Ability to lead, motivate, train and support your staff team
