Job summary

Grange Park Prep School & Nursery is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead the growing nursery and drive high standards of care, education, safeguarding and customer experience. You will manage day-to-day operations, inspire an Early Years team and collaborate with the Headteacher and Inspired Learning Group to support business growth.

The role requires a Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4-6 desirable), EYFS expertise, and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 4, 5 or 6 desirable).
• Recent experience within a nursery or childcare setting.
• Previous experience in a Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager or senior leadership role.
• Excellent knowledge of the EYFS Framework and statutory guidance.
• Strong safeguarding and child protection knowledge.

Grange Park Prep School & Nursery is entering an exciting new phase of growth as our nursery has now successfully transitioned to an all year round provision. We are looking for an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead the nursery through this exciting period and help shape its future success.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step. Working closely with the Headteacher and supported by the Inspired Learning Group, you will play a key role in driving occupancy, developing a high-performing team, and ensuring our children receive the very best start to our learning journey.

We are looking for a passionate leader who can inspire staff, build strong relationships with families, and drive excellence across every aspect of nursery life.

The Role
