Job summary

Staff Match are recruiting on behalf of a well established nursery group based in Liverpool for a Nursery Manager to set up a new nursery. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 2 years management experience and a real passion for early years.

Responsibility includes leading day-to-day operations, ensuring policy compliance, marketing and occupancy management, invoicing and back-office tasks, and embedding the EYFS curriculum while preparing for Ofsted inspections.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in nursery management.
• Experience leading and motivating teams.
• Experience embedding EYFS curriculum in practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead responsibility for day to day nursery operations
• Ensuring staff comply with policy and procedures
• Partnership working with parents, building positive relationships, arranging events, drop in sessions
• Marketing and managing occupancy
• Invoicing, fee calculation, Back office, material ordering, HR, Finance
• Ensuring EYFS curriculum is effectively embedded in practice
• Preparing for Ofsted inspections
• Managing recruitment, supervisions and appraisals
