Job summary

Staff Match in Leicester is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead daily nursery operations within a well-established group. You will oversee staff, ensure policy adherence, and foster strong partnerships with parents while promoting occupancy and high-quality care.

The role requires at least 2 years of nursery management, a genuine passion for early years, and the ability to prepare for Ofsted inspections and embed EYFS in practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
