Job summary

Nursery Manager – Leicester

Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

We are proud to be working on behalf of our client in Leicester who are currently recruiting for a Nursery Manager. This position offers a competitive salary, great company benefits, and requires a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and at least 2 years of experience as a Deputy Nursery Manager or above.

The setting achieved an overall grade of "Good" in its latest Ofsted inspection and is committed to maintaining and improving this rating.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily running and operations of the setting, responsible for staff training and development, recruitment, and reviewing policies and procedures. They will also serve as the first point of contact for all stakeholders with any enquiries.

Responsibilities

• To be responsible for all aspects of people management

• Ensure staff are offered frequent and relevant training and development
• To ensure the maintenance of consistently high standards
• Develop and maintain systems which support quality standards
