Blue Arrow are recruiting for an exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new nursery opening in Hemel Hempstead! We're looking for an experienced early years Nursery Management professional to take the lead in this fresh and rewarding setting.

This role is perfect for someone who :

• Has previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or
• Is a strong Deputy Nursery Manager ready to take the next step in their career
• Location: Hemel Hempstead
• Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Start date: As soon as possible

What We're Looking For:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations
• Ability to inspire and lead a new team to success
