An exciting opportunity to be part of a brand-new nursery opening in Hemel Hempstead! We're looking for a passionate and experienced early years professional to take the lead in this fresh and rewarding setting.

This role is perfect for someone who:

Has previous experience as a Nursery Manager, or

Is a strong Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career

Role: Nursery Manager

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Start date: As soon as possible

What We're Looking For:

A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education

Proven leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding care

Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and nursery operations

Ability to inspire and lead a new team to success
