Job summary

Marylebone Services recruits on behalf of a boutique nursery in Golders Green for a dedicated Nursery Manager to lead an exceptional team. The role focuses on safe, high-quality care in a home-from-home environment, with duties spanning daily operations, staff leadership, and parental communication.

Qualifications

• Manage administrative tasks, occupancy levels, and general day-to-day nursery logistics from an office-based position. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
• Qualifications: Minimum Full and Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or higher).
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience working as a Nursery Manager in a registered early years setting in the UK.
• Right to Work: You must hold the legal right to work in the UK (sponsorship is not available for this role). Competitive starting salary from £40,000, heavily dependent on your experience.
