Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions seeks an experienced Nursery Manager for a Calne setting to lead daily operations and drive improvement, ensuring high standards of care and education.

The role is a 40-hour week with a salary around £38k plus bonuses, including a £1,000 joining bonus. Ideal candidate will hold Level 3+ EY qualification and have management experience in a nursery.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets.

Our client, awell-established nursery setting, based in Calne, South of Swindon, is seeking an experienced NurseryManager to lead and support the setting, ensuring high standards ofcare and education. Working a 40 hr week, salary is c£38k with bonuses. Our client is looking ideally for a manager or deputy manager who has experience of managing a nursery. A £1000 joining bonus is also offered.
