Job summary

Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead daily operations, ensuring outstanding care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years. You will manage staff, safeguard policies, and partner with the support office to drive performance and growth.

The role requires a Level 3+ Early Years qualification, leadership experience, and strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years qualification required.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Nursery Manager/Deputy/Assistant).
• Experience with regulatory inspections and achieving Good/Outstanding outcomes.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, holding overall responsibility for the day to day running of the nursery, and management of safeguarding policies. You will work in partnership with support office teams to recruit, nurture, and continuously develop high performing colleagues, as well as identify and implement commercial plans and strategies to deliver FTE growth.
