Bright Horizons Farnborough Day Nursery and Pre School is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team and deliver outstanding early years care and education. This maternity cover role will support our Farnborough setting and, subsequently, neighbouring nurseries, driving engagement, safeguarding, and quality improvement.

You will act as Designated Safeguarding Lead, manage operations and revenue performance, and partner with the support office to develop high-performing colleagues and commercial

Qualifications

• Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role (Nursery Manager/Deputy Manager/Assistant Manager or similar).
• Experience participating in regulatory inspections resulting in 'Good' or 'Outstanding'.
• Ability to develop high performance teams with quality improvement and service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver outstanding care and education to children.
• Designated Safeguarding Lead with responsibility for safeguarding policy and day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with support office teams to recruit, nurture and develop staff.
