Bright Horizons Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool is seeking a Third in Charge to lead and inspire a team in providing exceptional early years care and education at our Farnham site. You will ensure child welfare, health and safety, safeguarding, and strong partnerships with parents and professionals to meet every child’s needs.

You may serve as Designated Safeguarding Lead as required. The role requires a Full Level 3+ Early Years qualification, prior Early Years leadership experience, and

• Experience in Early Years setting, ideally as Third in Charge or Room Leader.
• Confident decision maker with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Safeguarding and Child Protection regulations.
