Bright Horizons Chineham Park Day Nursery and Pre School in Basingstoke is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead a team delivering outstanding care and education for children aged 3 months to 5 years, with a strong focus on safeguarding and high-quality pedagogy.

The role is based at Chineham Park, initially until August 2027, after which it transitions to a field manager role across Kingston-upon-Thames, Surbiton, Andover, Basingstoke, Farnham and Fleet, driving growth and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or higher.
• Experience in an Early Years leadership role.
• Experience with safeguarding and regulatory inspections.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
• Proven ability to drive compliance and quality in a regulated setting.

Responsabilités

• Lead a nursery team to deliver high-quality care and education.
• Designated Safeguarding Lead; oversee safeguarding policies.
• Recruit, train, and develop staff; manage performance.
• Collaborate with support office to implement commercial plans and growth.
• Balance curriculum quality with cost efficiency and staffing ratios.
