Job summary

St Lucia’s Primary School is opening a new School Based Nursery, Little Acorns, for ages 0-2. We seek a dedicated Nursery Assistant Leader to support the lead teacher, share responsibilities for daily running, and drive high-quality EYFS practice.

The role requires self-motivation, strong communication and organisational skills, and an enthusiastic, calm approach under pressure. Interviews welcome; closing and interview dates are set, with DBS and pre-employment checks.

Qualifications

• Experience with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) practice.
• Ability to lead and support a classroom team.
• Strong communication with parents and staff.
