Job summary

ACR Recruitment & Training Limited in Oxford is seeking a Nursery Practitioner to deliver high-quality care and education for children aged 0-5 in a welcoming nursery setting. Essential requirements include Level 2/3 Early Years/Childcare, strong EYFS knowledge, UK nursery experience, excellent communication and teamwork, and an Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain it.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised).
• Strong understanding of EYFS framework.
• Experience working in UK nursery settings.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care and learning experiences for children aged 0-5.
• Support children's development in line with EYFS.
• Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards.
