Kids Planet Donisthorpe is seeking a Third in Charge to help lead the nursery and ensure high-quality care in line with EYFS. You will support management, guide teams, and nurture strong relationships with families to promote development and wellbeing.

We require a Level 3 UK early years qualification, strong EYFS knowledge, safeguarding expertise, and proven leadership within a nursery setting. Inclusive culture and ongoing professional development are emphasized.
