Job summary

Partou UK Limited, operating Partou Sunny Days Nursery & Pre-school in Ellesmere Port, is seeking a Nursery Deputy Manager for a full-time role (40 hours per week) on a fixed-term 9-month contract. The position carries a salary of £30,284 plus a £1,000 welcome bonus.

You will lead the team, support the Nursery Manager and ensure children’s learning is guided by the EYFS, while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment and building strong partnerships with families.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Proven experience leading a team in an early years setting.
• Passion for early years education.
• Confidence in supporting children’s learning and development.
• Commitment to safeguarding and continuing professional development.

About the Role

Partou Sunny Days Nursery & Pre-school is seeking a dedicated and passionate nursery practitioner to take on the full-time 40 hours per week role of Nursery Deputy Manager to help support their Nursery Manager and Senior Nursery Deputy Manager in the smooth running of the setting.You will work towards ensuring children engage in stimulating activities that support their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage. You will lead and inspire your team, maintain a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong partnerships with childcare colleagues and families.
